The current version of the software is sold to the hospital in exchange for the payment of the software in three installments:

The hospital uses the following services and facilities for purchasing the current version of the software:
Use of the facilities of the purchased version of the software in full and based on the subject of the contract.
In the sales contract, the automatic update of all the improvements and features developed in the software during the contract period will not be applied to the hospital software, and the purchased version will be used, and if the hospital wants to update the improvements and features, it can use the possibility of increasing the volume by 25%.

For free in the first year of the contract and in the form of a sales contract.
The amount of support for the next years of the software after the end of the first year's warranty is equivalent to the percentage announced by the computer trade union organization of the total amount of the system without discount.
Unlimited hours: based on the tariffs of the computerized union system council at the expert level: in this model, based on the support tickets registered in the company's ticketing system and the duration of the implementation of each request by the experts, the total monthly hours are calculated and an invoice is issued to the hospital based on the union system tariffs.
Monthly hourly package: In this model, the hourly rate of the package is half of the rate of the country's computerized trade union system at the expert level.
It should be noted that the remaining capacity of the monthly package hours cannot be saved in the coming months and if more than the package hours are registered in the requested month, it will be calculated as a full hourly rate based on the trade union council tariff.
Specialized training of the hospital representative: in this model, the cost of the entire course is calculated based on the hours of training sessions and according to the tariffs of the country's computer trade union system.
The first year is free for 15 hours per month and the excess is calculated based on the tariff of the country's computerized trade union system.
Future years after the end of the first year warranty:

2. Type of training course (face-to-face, online)
